We have registered our projects with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) for many years and are proud to be an Associate Member. Our aim is to deliver standards that exceed statutory requirements and help the scheme improve the image of the construction industry. 

Our commitment to continuous improvement:

• We are proud to continually receive annual recognition from the Considerate Constructor Scheme. At the 2011 Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards Ceremony we received Bronze and Silver awards for our schemes in Hull and Loftus 

• On a national scale we appear in the top 10% of the CCS scoring matrix

• In June 2010, Southdale became an Associate Member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
