In partnership with Chevin Housing Association and Synergy Housing Solutions we designed and built this extra care facility, comprising 59 two bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment. Facilities will include a communal restaurant, a fully fitted catering kitchen, communal lounge, shop, laundry, supervisors office, IT suite, hairdressers and activity room.
