Since we started our company in 1988 we have built over 4,000 homes and regenerated over 35 housing areas.

Ellerby Grove, Hull
Brand new, modern family housing, bungalows and apartments for either rent or shared ownership built in place of Pre-Second World War, Local Authority housing.

Banktop, Blackburn
Southdale built 14 homes for rent, to meet the local housing need, a further 19 for shared ownership and 29 homes that were constructed and sold on the open market. Places for People were delighted with this project in particular, thanks to the number of units sold off-plan.
